Happy Heavensward Day, Warriors of Light!

It feels like only yesterday that I was at Fan Festival in Las Vegas listening to all the cheers and excitement when we announced the expansion, and at long last the time has finally come to head to Ishgard!

Over at the Square Enix headquarters in Tokyo, they've arranged a special room to hand out sample copies of the expansion to staff so they can join in on the fun.

That sure is a mountain of games! They are being guarded by some of Eorzea's finest fluffy protectors.

With today marking the official launch of Heavensward, I'm really going to miss the fantastic artwork that we have been releasing counting down to this magical day. Can we countdown to something else? I want more!

The final countdown artwork is a great illustration of all the jobs together.

Yoshi-P even joined in and created an artwork that he was a little too embarrassed to post on Twitter, but we'll put it in this blog as our little secret. (I think this is the first time we've ever released an illustration from Yoshi-P...)

Have fun with the new content and enjoy the main scenario!
