Greetings, everyone!

Camate here. After flying around for such a long time yesterday, I thought it might be a good idea to land for a bit and take a rest in good ol' Ishgard. I really didn't want to stop, but Bayohne insisted I conserve my energy for early access. (I'm sure he meant sleepless nights of playing and definitely not work!)

Ishgard is the first area adventurers will experience when starting Heavensward and a place that many have been waiting to go to for a long time, so let's take a quick stroll around the city-state!

This portion of Ishgard is known as Foundation, and it's an area where the scars of war can clearly been seen.

Heading up these steps will bring us to our next destination, The Pillars.

There's a very apparent contrast between Foundation and the Pillars. The architecture and pathways are quite fancy and appear to be unscathed unlike Foundation.

Night time around these parts is especially beautiful.

I don't want to spoil too much as the exploration of new lands is a big part of the fun, so we'll stop here for now.

I think I'll continue to tease some new areas in this fashion as we head towards launch. Where should I go next?

-Camate
