I thought I would make a small post here about the requirements for unlocking jobs because they have changed in FFXIV: A Realm Reborn. IE the requirements were different in 1.23.
The pages for jobs have been updated with the new class requirements, however the quest giver and quest name have not been confirmed. Presumably you will figure this out after completing the level 30 class quest anyway so having that info there is nowhere near as important as the sub class requirement.
The following is the list of sub job requirements for each job:

| Black Mage: | THM 30 | ARC 15 |
| Dragoon: | LNC 30 | MRD 15 |
| Monk: | PGL 30 | LNC 15 |
| Paladin: | GLA 30 | CNJ 15 |
| Scholar: | ACN 30 | CNJ 15 |
| Summoner: | ACN 30 | THM 15 |
| Warrior: | MRD 30 | GLA 15 |
| White Mage: | CNJ 30 | ACN 15 |
