This month, FFXIV’s official band will be releasing their latest album, THE PRIMALS – Dark Decades! Be sure to pre-order if you haven’t already!

The tracklist is packed with raiding tunes! The first five tracks are brand-new arrangements that haven’t been released elsewhere.
Personally, I’d recommend the new rendition of “Bee My Honey”, which features a rather… interesting twist. Listen to a sample!
We also have a message for our fans from the vocalist of “Unleashed,” Jason Charles Miller, whom you may recognize from iconic tracks like “Shadowbringers,” “Close in the Distance,” and “To the Edge”!

What’s your favorite part about THE PRIMALS arrangement of “Unleashed”?

Right away, the bass and guitars in THE PRIMALS version are immediately noticeable, and in the BEST way! In every section they gradually get heavier and heavier, and then when we get to the chorus…WOW! It hits you over the head like a ton of bricks! Total ROCK DOMINATION! Then the breakdown in the 2nd chorus is really special, because it makes it that much more dynamic when the band kicks back in. I can’t wait to sing this one live!
