The mushy Valentione’s Day seasonal event is approaching fast, so here I am with a little sneak peek.
I’m no expert on this “love” stuff, but as a warrior main (Like, have you SEEN those quests?) I have to set an example for the rest of us.

How to Participate
Speak with Lisette De Valentione in Old Gridania (X:10.2 Y:9.4) to begin the quest.
‘Tis the season to share love of all kinds, and Lisette de Valentione and her associates aim to spread ardor and affection across Eorzea as only they can. As per custom, cities and residential areas the realm over will be bedecked with an impressive array of festive hearts that promise to put you in a rosy mood.
Rewards
â–¼ Postmoogle Barding
Here’s a neat little barding for your chocobo, just like the one in the seasonal event artwork!
It’s themed around the postmoogles, the realm’s little helpers who work hard to deliver the mail.
Like them, our chocobo friends toil endlessly to deliver their riders to various destinations, and the blue ribbons and frills on this barding reinforce that your companion is an award-winning delivery bird.
I’m also told that the delivery basket on its back is quite detailed, so you might take a closer look once you obtain the barding.
(But maybe not when you’re riding, that’s dangerous! Keep your eyes on the road!)
And of course, you might also want to wear the Postmoogle Cap from the Postmoogle sidequests to match the look. Because you too, are a renowned deliverer of the realm!
â–¼ Furnishing: Valentione Mobile
These faintly-glowing heart-shaped ornaments would suit your room just fine, even after Valentione’s Day has come and gone. No one can stop you from displaying a bunch of these next to the twenty-something portraits you have of your favorite NPC.
Finally, no Valentione’s Day would be complete without the usual magicked prisms. It takes two to make these hearts, so find your other half!
You’ll be able to purchase these magicked prisms and the Valentione Mobile from the seasonal vendor at Old Gridania (X:10.2 Y:9.4).
