Hi, everyone!
Lakukisu here with pictures to show and stories to tell of the FFXIV Fan Gathering we had in London last weekend!
We La HEE‘d it up at Loading Bar in Shepherd’s Bush with circa 200 attendees! But let’s get into the good stuff; pictures!
There were familiar faces in the crowd! Yes, yes.
We even had FinalFantasheen cupcakes! Tonpurries, Mewgles, Catcutars and Meowcobos were the stars of the show.
And as a mega special surprise, Loading Bar’s bartenders created some FFXIV drinks for us; LA HEE iced tea and the Great Serpent of Ronka! Spoiler alert: both were really, really… really delicious!
Now imagine this, you walk up to a bartender and you say: “May I have a–” *clears throat* “–a La HEE, please?” What a great time to be alive.
As our Fan Gathering tradition stands, we held a raffle with cool prizes!
One of the most memorable moments of the evening was when we gave the chance for Free Company leaders to do a “recruitment ad” for their FCs. A big thank you to everyone who took the mic and talked about their FC – meal deals or not!Â
The evening was simply spectacular! Thank you to everyone who joined, thank you to our amazing photographer, Catberry Photography for capturing the event and thank you to Loading Bar for hosting us!
