The Grand Cosmos was added in patch 5.1 of the Shadowbringers expansion.
The Grand Cosmos becomes available at level 80 as part of the “A Grand Adventure” quest, which is given by Crystal Exarch – The Ocular (X:6, Y:6).
The dungeon has a minimum ilevel of 430 to enter and rewards you with:
