FFXIV - Disciples of War - Archer
The enduring popularity of the bow is a testament to its elegant design, but this simple weapon would be of little worth without the surpassing skill of those who master it–the archers. Projectile techniques such as high–angle fire enable archers to assail their foes with deadly precision even at great distances.
Constant assessment of the battlefield enables them to carefully determine the most advantageous ground from which to loose, as well as the nature of the arrows best suited to their enemy. Together with the longbow sentries of the Elezen military, the shortbow hunters among the Miqo'te are widely regarded as the most skilled with a bow. The guild's teachings cover a variety of projectile weapons, down to the simplest throwing rock.

By completting quests the Archer can become a Bard.
Below is a list of current actions and traits for the Archer class.



As an Archer you should be focusing on DEX as this increases ranged attack power.


Actions


Actions are skills that the Archer can equip to their bar and select to use at any time as long as their timer is available. Actions used in a combo will generate additional damage and effects. All Archer actions are exclusive to that job.

Traits


Traits are not actions and can not be equipped to your bar. They are earned as you level up and are always active. As a result they require 0 cast time and have a 0 MP and TP cost. They are also all exclusive to the Archer class and its job Bard.

Role Actions


Since the A Realm Reborn expansion for FFXIV, cross class actions were removed and replaced with the concept of "role" actions. Role actions are more generic as they don't belong to specific classes, but instead to roles such as melee DPS, magic DPS, healer or tank. The Archer can equip up to 10 of these.

Anonymous - the listed skills are based on a level 50 character. The trait River of Blood, acquired at level 48, gives the ability to reset based on critical damage of DoTs.

...just realized Bloodletter uses 0 TP, so I guess I'm a bit off thinking it had no place on my toolbar.

All stats of every kind, HP and MP included, are completely tied to your current class. If you go from a level 50 Warrior, with the highest HP in the game, to a level 1 Conjurer, you have the HP of a level 1 Conjurer.

The only thing that carries over from other classes is cross-class skills.

TP is permanently 1,000, BTW.

This may not be the best place to ask this but will a character's hp, mp, and tp be tied to their class as they level up, in other words, if I get my character to a high level as an archer and then switch to a conjurer which is only 1, will my stats automatically adjust to the new level?

Misery's End is potency 190 not 135 ^^
