We'd like to inform you that new FFXIV: ARR information was made available by Square Enix today. The details are quoted below.

" Starting in patch 2.45, players can pledge their everlasting devotion to a significant other in a Ceremony of Eternal Bonding.

You can choose between three plans on the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station: standard, gold, or platinum.

The standard plan will provide couples with eternity rings, ceremonial attire, special hairstyles, and commemorative furnishings-everything needed to celebrate a blissful union before the eyes of gods and men.

Players who select the gold or platinum plans are in for an optional dash of extravagance . Both offer color schemes for the chapel decorum, choice of cutscenes played during the ceremony, and dyeable attire.

* Players must apply via the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station to hold a Ceremony of Eternal Bonding, and then make reservations in-game after progressing through the special quest.
* Reservations for the following week start every Friday at 1:00 a.m. (PST). Players must wait until Friday, December 12, 2014 at 1:00 a.m. (PST) before making reservations.

For detailed explanations of what each plan has to offer, as well as how to hold ceremonies, check out the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding site.
