FFXIV News - Dev Blog: Tokyo's FATEful Encounter (Part 2)

A new FFXIV: ARR post has appeared on the dev blog. The new information is quoted below.

Greetings, everyone!
Bayohne here, back with part two of our look at the recent FATE event held in Tokyo!

Be sure to read the first part of the recap to get a sense of the event itself!

Can we talk about how awesome these moogles are? I really want to track them down and put them in my office...Just need to find out where they are right now.

Here you can see the area where attendees were able to challenge the special "Event" version of the Leviathan battle. Apparently the win rate was around 90%!

Ever dreamed of becoming a moogle? Well, now you can! Sort of!

We painted so many faces and gave away so many of the moogle earpieces that it was if the whole show was taken over by moogles!

The event also played host to a few "real life" Eorzea locations! Take a picture with friends these two...perform the Manderville!

The next installment of the "Mini Letter from the Producer LIVE" took place on the 2nd day of the show. This time, Yoshida was joined by Assistant Director Takai!

There was also a special presentation where Yoshida was joined by special guests from Nico Nico!

The message board used by fans to leave notes for the dev. team was once again completely filled up!

By the way! If you look really closely at the bottom right of the board...

And finally, we end with a huge group picture of attendees! So many moogles!

Everyone on the team had a great time, and we hope you all had fun reading about it or watching the events live! Thanks everyone for your continued support!
